1. Available Payment Options. Third-party payment
- Pay by VISA Card, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, … through www.OnePay.vn
- We connect with OnePAY Payment Gateway to accept Online Card Payment (www.onepay.vn). All card information is processed through SSL protocol with international card security. Card information will only be stored on the MasterCard system.
- After choosing the preferred payment option, online payment is made through the URL beginning with: https://onepay.vn.... Please fill in the necessary information as prompted on the screen and proceed accordingly.
- The system will take a few seconds to process the transaction result from OnePAY payment gateway. The webpage will then redirect back to https://bhayagroup.com/booking/… with the transaction result (success or failure). At the same time, an email will be sent to the provided email address with detailed booking confirmation or failed payment notice.
- A transaction may not be successful due to various reasons, such as incorrect card information, exceeded credit balance, etc. In the case that the card information is correct but the transaction result was not received from the payment gateway or from us; Please do not try to make another payment. Contact us to get the transaction result and confirmation of the Booking.

2. Payment issues
- In case payment via third-party gateways does not go through, kindly cont act our support team via sales@bhayacruises.com or hotline (+84) 933 44 6542 to receive direct assistance. Please do not try to make another payment before receiving our confirmation and/or instruction.
- Payment for additional cruise services can be made after booking by contacting our support team to receive a secured payment link via email.

- OnePay is an official online payment provider in Vietnam by MasterCard International. The gateway accepts payment via all popular international cards such as VISA, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, etc. After submitting payment, customers will receive the transaction’s result within 2 to 5 seconds.
- OnePay uses SSL Verisign® over internet transaction under 3D-Secure program by respective credit card companies. OnePay is the representative of the MaterCard Internet Gateway Service (MiGS) in Vietnam. Card information is protected during transmission by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL/168 bit) software, which encrypts any information provided.
- OnePAY – MiGS payment system meets PCI Data Security Standard of the PCI Security Standards Council (http://www.pcisecuritystandards.org). OnePAY – MiGS payment system also joins 3D- Secure program of Visa, MasterCard and JCB.
